Levanzo (Italian pronunciation: [ˈlɛːvantso]; Sicilian: Lèvanzu [ˈlɛːvandzʊ]) is the smallest of the three main Aegadian Islands in the Mediterranean Sea west of Sicily, Italy. It forms a part of the municipality (comune) of Favignana in the Province of Trapani.
