About

Kobuleti is a town located on the eastern coast of the Black Sea in Adjara, western Georgia. Known for its unique natural features, the region boasts diverse flora and landscapes characterized by pebbly beaches, endemic pine trees, and subtropical climates. Despite the destruction of its sanatoriums during the civil wars of 1990–1993, Kobuleti has since developed into a thriving tourist destination. The area's rich biodiversity is preserved within the Kintrishi and Tikeri reserves, offering a glimpse into the ecological significance of the region. While the text primarily describes modern developments and natural aspects, it provides insights into the contemporary socio-economic transformations of Kobuleti.
