Pągów [ˈpɔnɡuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wilków, within Namysłów County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Wilków, 10 km (6 mi) north-west of Namysłów, and 58 km (36 mi) north of the regional capital Opole.
