St. Margaret's Church, also known as Margaretakirken, is a medieval stone church located in Maridalen, on the outskirts of Oslo, Norway. Built in the 13th century, it stands as one of Oslo's best-preserved medieval structures alongside the Old Aker Church. Named after Margaret of Antioch, this church now exists in ruins but remains a significant historical site reflecting the architectural and religious practices of the period. The ruins serve as a backdrop for cultural events like 'The Maridal Play,' a historical outdoor play series that has been performed annually since 1974.
